The doctors, physician assistants and medical assistants are very professional here. Do you have to wait a little extra time past your appointment? Yes, but that’s most medical offices. They do everything they can do find solutions to your pain other than just medication! They listen and they care.

I go to the Greenville office and Carolina Spine and Pain have excellent doctors and PA’s. I see Dr O’quin and Brandt Turner they are the best at treating my chronic back and bladder pain from interstitial cystitis. I’m currently doing RFA where they burn the nerves in my facet joints in my lower back due to osteoarthritis and other chronic back problems. The RFA gives me around 40 to 50% relief from my back pain. Dr Leche does the RFA and is a excellent doctor and all of the staff and doctors are super friendly. The doctors listen and discuss treatment options for my chronic pain. I also receive injections for bursitis in my left hip and it has helped me be able to sleep on my left side again. I am so grateful to have a team of doctors and my PA Brandt Turner treating me. If you have chronic pain please call Carolina Spine and Pain and see what options are for you. They have offices in Duncan, Greer, Greenville and Easley and other locations. I would give them more stars if I could.

I love the Doctors. They are extremely patient and explained everything they were about to do when I had injections in my neck and lower back. Those injections have helped with my pain level more than I expected. I am able to live now, not just exist. I highly recommend Carolina spine and pain if you experience chronic pain at all. Great place!!!
