Dr. Michael Welborn graduated with honors from Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine in Charleston, South Carolina. Since then, he was the Head Physician and Founder of Easley Family Practice & Internal Medicine in Easley, South Carolina for over 50 years. The patients of Carolina Spine & Pain Centers are grateful for Dr. Welborn’s wealth of medical knowledge, years of diverse experience in Family Medicine, and excellent bedside manner as he aids in their treatment and recovery processes.
Dr. Welborn also served his country as both a General Surgeon at Fort Gordon in Georgia and as an Orthopedic Surgeon in Vietnam.
In his free time, Dr. Welborn is very active in his church and local community and loves spending quality time with his wife and family.
